Is there a program for checking the integrity of a flash drive or SD card? Something like the combination of HDTune (for throughput) and memtest (for stability)??

What exactly is stability??

HDTune can be used find the read/write speeds of the drive & it can also check for any bad blocks in the drive..

^^Checking for data integrity and if the drive will hold up after multiple reads/writes, much like memtest does to RAM.
