guys please tell me the quality of the cloths once u receive it......

quality is really good, but i am not sure if this can be used for LCD cleaning. it's good for cars though.

got it today

the quality is ok ok- not very good as the earlier one i had purchased from jopasucarcare : eBay Seller: jopasucarcare: Cars Bikes items on eBay India

its because this one was only 340gsm and jopasu one was 380gsm , so that has more absorbing power , tht was bit thicker and heaver and smaller in size ,

this one is not that thick nor heavy but is larger in size ,

my opinion , if u have liked this one , try to get the jopasu one , thats much better , this one is good enough not too bad actually :)

If you or someone in your family wears glasses, you may be able to pick up a a small cloth from your eyeglass pro for free. These cloths are for cleaning eyeglass lenses but are usually great for these type of tasks too.

how are these different from the 3m Micro fibre cloth readily available in the shops?
Which ones from 3M are readily available and what is the price?? I tried searching at all major departmental stores in my area but found none of the 3M ones... :(

yes that can do the job , but its very small and its best suited for cleaning spectacle lenses only , wont last long for cleaning an lcd ,

Be aware that while this seller himself is prompt and responsive, he uses ground shipping via Trackon Courier which is notorious for extremely poor service. So don't be surprised by delayed/lost shipments. Of course your money would be safe because of PaisaPay, but the inconvenience of it is still an irritation you may have to deal with nonetheless.

Just ordered and received the parcel. One cloth missing .Have brought forward the stuff to the seller.

What other action i need to take.

The inner plastic within the envelope was torn ed.

I live in Mumbai, and they are available in all the large departmental stores like Star, Hypercity, BigBazaar Etc, - they are there in two sizes, one for spectacles and another larger .. sometimes its you get the small one free with the large one, IIRC the large one is about 80-90 - and the small ones 35/ -

I doubt 3m is going to palm off ordinary fabric as micro fibre, and I have a few of them, I dont know if they are micro fibre or not, but they are definitely not ordinary regular cloth.

As for getting the fabric from your local optician, ask him for the essilor fabric, this is given with 10k+ lenses and I assure you, they are totally different from the regular flannel cloth they hand out

All these cloths on sale are not exactly a microfibre cloth, you can get the actual microfibre cloth from staples store for rs 99( 2 small pieces of cloth similar in size to cloth you get with glasses).
