Micromax is really doing commendable work these days.I am really looking towards the A90 which has got S-Amoled screen and resembles a lot like S2.

At this price everyone looking for Note etc would jump on this one. 5" for under 10K would be a steal for sure. Just that they A.S.S might not be good and top notch build quality is not to be expected IMO.

When such phones come to market, i start contemplating whether i need to spend 38K on a galaxy s3 if i am not going to use all it features and rather go for something like this for far far lesser price and still be satisfied and don't hurt my wallet too.

@raksrules, Believe me these phones just looks good on the paper but once you start using them then you know what you are missing, not at all bad for its price but the user experience cannot be compared with Samsungs and HTCs.

This would be good as long as they stick to stock ICS. Their customization and bloatware sucks! Recently had the chance to try one of their dual sim android and boy, was it horrible with all the crap it had on it! And the screen was nothing to write home about. Using a phone with a 5" screen may be good but unless the screen itself ain't a good one, the whole purpose is defeated with washed out colors and what not!

Lets wait to get some reviews and first hand experience and see how this fares. But at this price, it looks so so enticing.
@Freaky
What you saying is correct, but just that the general population out there who craved for expensive devices like note of S3 but cannot afford it or do not understand the difference between a samsung flaghip and a micromax model, for them this is the "IT" mobile phone.

Dual Core from Mediatek (MTK 6577) and PowerVR SGX531 most probably.

Nonetheless, an excellent bargain according to me. This phone might actually end up with huge community support.

which is what will be a deciding factor for many people here too to go to this phone. If custom ROMs get developed with Jelly Bean this is a killer device for the price.
