Micromax Canvas A 108L storage problem??

Yesterday i purchased Micromax Canvas A 108L and i want to inquire a thing that when i go to my phone setting and then device further apps where I'am able to see the first option of downloads, running and at last of all. Where as I'am not getting that why the external SD card is not getting show in my phone, where as I'v seen in some other phone of Micromax it do gets visible. I wonder why its not highlighted in my phone when it gets show in storage rather then in Settings feature.
Please suggest me to my problem . However i have even tried of formatting the memory card but still no response.

The app list shows only internal available phone memory to install new apps. Never heard of it showing sd card space. For sdcard storage go in "storage and capacity". Also use app2sd like apps to move apps from internal memory to sdcard.this will help u getting more internal memory .
 
Till now no body has replied me and I am surprised for this.
