Well, when it finally drops to 10k it will indeed sell like hot cakes. Right now, it'll sell only if GB is released (dhruv, any insight?) and if community support picks up (should, powerful hardware, cheap phone)

ok that's great. Any sign of community support picking up? and also, this must be a chinese OEM phone right? Anyone got a lock on it's name?
 
Asked them the same.. they *might* unlock the bootloader but this is not confirmed yet. Shucks.. i'm forgetting the name of the OEM , i asked them the same yesterday :S Anyways , evidently the design is in-house but i won't be surprised if the rest is stock chinese OEM stuff. FWIW the inbuilt launcher is smooth and should be good enough for the average users. Market access is there as well as expected. Forgot to check out Tegra Zone.
