yes it is a batch file i agree,BTW that AIO tool is nothing but a batch file.
Just replace the old file in the folder after renaming the new file (to the old file name) and you can use the same tool with new file and it takes lesser than 5 minutes .yes it is a batch file i agree,
but what would you do when you need to update the binaries of the recovery? i.e. a new version comes out with a different filename?
should we wait for someone to spoonfeed the batch to us when all the procedure takes is less than 5 minutes?
I dunno man, I wouldn't recommend a noobie to use a script, its like disaster waiting to happen.Just replace the old file in the folder after renaming the new file (to the old file name) and you can use the same tool with new file and it takes lesser than 5 minutes .
Wont unlocking bootloader delete all user data? atleast thats what happened when I unlocked my nexus 5 bootloader. No no! I don't use unverified tools.
I'll make it simple for you
1)Follow the steps in this thread to install proper drivers so your yureka is recognized by your PC at fastboot mode
http://forums.yuplaygod.com/threads/fix-yureka-fastboot-detection-issues-win8-8-1.2106/
2)Now Unlock bootloader follow instructions in this thread
http://forums.yuplaygod.com/threads/how-to-unlock-bootloader-on-the-yu-yureka.1542/
3)Now flash a custom recovery, I recommend Philz Recovery
http://forums.yuplaygod.com/threads/recovery-philztouch-6-59-based-on-cwm-v6-0-5-1-for-yureka.1537/
do everything via adb and type the commands , don't use flashify
4)Check if recovery installed properly by entering recovery
turn off phone
press volume up+down+power wait for vibrate, release
5)turn on phone, download Superuser binary zip sd card
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053
Turn off phone, boot to recovery
install the zip file by Philz Recovery or CWM recovery.
DONE!
it didn't delete any user data on my Yureka.Wont unlocking bootloader delete all user data? atleast thats what happened when I unlocked my nexus 5 bootloader.
