Microsoft India has announced AppFest for Windows 8 which will start on September 21 at Karnataka Trade Promotion Organisation (KTPO) Bangalore .
Thousands of developers will gather in the event where they will display , discuss their apps , get them checked and submit it to the Windows Store .
AppFest is free , to register . participants need to submit a description of the app they intend to develop , if the app gets selected they will be invited to the AppFest .
