Microsoft renames the Windows Phone Marketplace to Windows Phone Store
In an attempt to simplify and rebranding, Microsoft has planned to rename the Windows Phone Marketplace to Windows Phone Store on their Windows platform smart phones. This new branding will hit both the phones on Windows 7.8 and also the upcoming new Windows 8 phones.
This move is kind of similar to what Google did to their App store before, in which they renamed the Android Market to Google Play Store.
