Anyone using Microsoft Security Essentials? If yes, then how is the performance of it?

Yups buddy am using Microsoft Security essentials(But its yet not launched for India, when you go to the official site it says "Not available in your country":bleh...I downloaded it in office...

Its working awesome:clap:...So far so good....

Keep it updated and it will detect everything from Pendrive virus to Keygens and crackshyeah:

Been using it for about a month now on a fresh install of Windows 7 Professional (64 bit).

Light on the system, and it detected a couple of worms on a website I frequent. (My old Avast didn't detect them.)

Cool, just installed it on my netbook. Earlier I had KIS 2009 installed and the boot time has reduced drastically.

Nice experience for me with MSE. So far its never failed to catch trojans from pen drives, memory cards etc. Just remember to update it daily! And it can be downloaded easily from filehippo, softpedia etc. No need to go to the official download site.

Well I have been using it for quite a long time now and even wrote Review of it here at TE. All it needs is the Window installation to be Genuine, there is no issue of Region or Country.
