PC Peripherals Microsoft Sidewinder Mouse?

I have a G7 right now which starts acting up once a while (freezes, specifically). It seems to be a documented prob with the 1st batches.

Confused about which new mouse to get. I'm really comfortable with the G7 and thinking about getting one. But saw the Microsoft Sidewinder and now am in two minds :eek:hyeah: !

How much is it here? Also, latest prices of the G7, anyone?

Edit:I hope I'm not starting up too many threads. Posting this new thread as all my other queries are specific to their subject matter.
 
I bet the Razer DA will be much better than the MS S/W... :)

Get it from abroad if the price's cheaper but I've seen most Razer users experiencing problems exactly after an yr of use.. :ashamed:
 
Sidewinder is like 70$ in US!

DA is like 40$- 45$ in US and here in India they sell for RS 4000 (almost double) .

So if you want buy sidewinder , just purchase online and pay shipping which will be like RS 700
 
MS sidewinder...... cost Rs 2915/- in chennai........

i planing it to buy this week.......
remember bro the perosn in the shop said... they give 3 years.. warranty ..

for this mouse..... so i thought this will be a good deal...

what do u think about it.........
 
Go for the DA or the Ikari Optical.

Best mice for gaming in the market currently.

@ Udit: My DA died after 1 and half years of usage, and I know 2 other DA's that have died after 2 years of usage.

But indeed, it is a SOLID mouse! :D
