Microsoft Taiwan is poised to market the unique cross-platform functionality of Xbox 360 and Windows Vista at the Taipei Game Show 2007 taking place from February 8-12, according to senior sales manager Grace Chou for the company's entertainment and device division. The annual Taipei Game Show is the gateway to Chinese-language digital content industries in the Asia Pacific region, claims organizers, the Taipei Computer Association.

The integration of Xbox 360 with Vista marks a new milestone for Microsoft, Chou pointed out. Microsoft Taiwan is making arrangements with over 500 retail outlets around Taiwan so they can be ready for sales promotions of the cross-platform products and services by January 27, Chou indicated. In addition, Microsoft Taiwan will be selling these products through all online shopping websites in Taiwan, Chou noted.

They need every possible reason they can to justify Vista, so I'm not surprised. I'm curious though as to see how this "integration" will actually benefit the X360.
