Hello everyone ... I am in need of Visual Basic 6.0 ... I have looked for it everywhere but I couldn't find it ... Please can anyone give me the link for it ?

Its almost 11 yr old now. Why not grab a copy of vb8- if you are able to find it or best the recent .net. It will serve your purpose + you get many addons.

I believe linking to warez sites is strongly discouraged on TE, which is what i understand you're requesting here. You are not going to get it legitimately anywhere on the net. Well, maybe MSDN might possibly have it in their archives, but you'll need a MSDN subscription.

Again, as others have mentioned, VB6 is dead. Micro$oft has long dropped support for it in favour of VB.NET.

You can download Visual Studio Express Edition from MSDN site for free. Choose either the All-in-One ISO edition, or pick up the VB.NET edition.

if you need it badly,then i will suggest you to visit book store.ask them for VB 6.0 book. may be you can find a book with CD.if shopkeeper allows you to copy the disk ,copy it....or buy it.

But that type of CD's doesn't contain the application.

In this case, it won't contain VB6, instead those CD's generally contains the program examples shown in the book and PDF format of the book along with few other documents and all.

But not the program itself ever. Otherwise people would have bought those books for Rs. 200/- instead of investing thousands of Rs. for the product.

i remember purchasing the book....it had 30 days trial version of VB 6.

who says it contains full version?

they generally contain:-

[font=verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif]and many of them just contains reference examples ,digital copy of the book etc.[/font]
