We do not sell upgrade packs we only sell complete fresh Windows 7 OS. We also do not recommend upgrade because whenever you format the PC you have to install your Home edition first then upgrade it with Premium.

My biggest problem is that I reinstall the OS every 6 months to have a clean base and good speed. And also change the computer every year. If I keep activating Windows 7 using this kind of changes, Microsoft will come after me. Otherwise, Im very tempted to go for this !

Why dont you use Acronis True Image Home latest version. No need to format just run the image and there you go without activation you can format your pc. And even if you change the hardware there is a option in Acronis is Universal restore. I use it because i have genuine Windows and i also format my pc in every 3 months. Please check google for Acronis and you will love it. That way you can use genuine windows and trust me Genuine is better.

^You can transfer your license when you change your computer. As long as the software is being used on only one machine, Microsoft will not have a problem with it...
 
Yeah when you are using genuine Microsoft will love to help you even if you re activate your windows as many as you want. :)

Correct and I have Win Xp and I have formatted my machine some 6-7 times and reactivation was not a problem at all and MS was not hunting me :)
 
one doubt .can we get both 32 bit & 64 bit with this Windows 7 Home Premium pack ?
is there any Activation restrictions ? (some sites shows this -- > Distribution and required activation must occur in India )

Sorry for the delay in reply i am really busy doing collaboration with companies these days. Well yes it comes with 32bit and 64bit installation disk inside. It should activate in India this is written on the box also. We can not sell it outside India.
