First off, I have little idea about the models you have mentioned. Someone else might throw light on it. That said, be prepared to be disappointed if you are having high expectations from microwave cooking. Especially for items like grilled veggies, tandoori chicken, cakes, pizzas, etc. a microwave is not well-suited. Cakes baked in microwaves will never have that crisp outer crust. If your kitchen space permits, my advice would be to go for two separate appliances, an OTG and a basic conventional microwave. Both together can come within your budget. The microwave can be used for reheating, boiling stuff, and other basic jobs. For baking, use the OTG. The OTG will be slow, but the quality of food will be much better. :)

Regarding the models, my only suggestion is to not fall for all the pre-programmed stuff. You will rarely use it.

^^ I understand that. And to my knowledge, even a convection microwave does not produce good results. Slow cooking is a must for items likes cakes, grilled stuff, etc. That is why an OTG is much better.

Like @logistopath said, a microwave is not the right choice for the stuff you're looking to cook. Even chefs stay clear away from microwaves since it only nukes food and destroys the taste completely.
Cakes are cooked from outside in. A good cake has some moisture inside it and a crispy outside.

A microwave will cook water molecules inside the cake batter and the result won't be what you wanted.
Same will be result with chicken etc.
All our foods and tastes are programmed with cooking from external heat source.
You will end up complaining that food made at home does not taste good.
Imo, from personal experience microwaved food tastes like boiled water to me.

If you want to enjoy tasty food buy an all in one type cooking range. They have a separate compartment for baking and also have gas or induction hob on top.

My cousin bought a microwave to bake cakes and biscuits but in end just went back to using their 25 year old cooking range. The microwave is mostly idle or used for boiling tea/coffee/water or making popcorn now.

@RajeshJ did you look at the gas based models, which give same results as an electric conventional oven? 2 years ago, i was finalizing an oven for my baking needs and i realized that electricity failure could result in wastage of food, time and money.

What do u mean by all in one cooking range? Can you suggest a model so I can explore more about similar models

OTG means.
Over the gas oven?
Can new kindly suggest few models. In the mean time I too will Google for OTG oven details

I am mainly buying to cook. Cakes and chicken items :)

OTG is Oven, toaster and griller. For cakes and chicken items, please don't even consider microwaves. Like @6pack mentioned, the crispy outer crust and moist interiors cannot be achieved in a microwave.

Man, I just realised that you can cook great chicken in pressure cooker too. Also you get those Pillsbury cooker cake packets even now right?

OTG looks cheaper than conventional microwave, but it shines in area I am looking (cake, chicken etc )

So I am looking forward with OTG, can you explain what are the things I can't do in OTG?
