guyz i need help of urs, since i see new windows phone i fall love in it, but stuck compare btw Samsung omnia vs Htc radar. plz guide me

The handsets you are looking for are in the 15k range. So go ahead with the Omnia W.
I don't think the initial bunch of WP8 would be priced in that range.
But just keep in mind that you will get only the WP7.8.

initial WP8 devices will try to shoot for top tier mobiles like One X & S3 and will be priced same as those. 35k+. But remember to check the list of shortcoming in case of WP7.5. Don't buy a mobile just cause it has live tiles or the UI looks "awesome". I own an Android and after a bit of fiddling with launchers & mods made the mobile look almost WP type with tiles.
