Looking for Mini ITX case and parts, primarily looking for a case to use in a skylake build, will settle for other parts if they are affordable.

not looking to add a GPU, so cases like Antec ISK300 - 150 or the cooler master mini 110 are preferred.

Ebay has some Mini itx cases with 60/80w picopsu.
you could order a 160w+ pico psu via aliexpress and buy an xbox 135w+ power brick or use a dell brick, check voltages thought 12v for xbox and 19.5v for dell
I love itx builds, let me know if i could help you further on your build
