Coming from Zebronics, it really can't be expensive...
Plonk an E5200 in this and you should have enough power to decode 720p happily and 1080p although with a moderately choked CPU
Also found the Intel DG45FC mini ITX mobo listed at Deltapage for 6.9K
Although pricey, the X4500 GPU on this one should be enough to handle just about any HD you throw at it
Plonk these in a cheap mini ITX case like this one (again a Zebby so I presume it can't be too expensive) and you have a cheap & good lookin + kick-ass power PC fit for your living room or car
