Misuse Of MTNL Triband Account

I have taken the DSL NU package of MTNL Triband ie.256kbps@500MB per month with unlimited download from 12am-8am for Rs590. But from the very 1st day i noticed that someone else is stealing my Triband account!! I started noticing this when i checked my account. In the account session history, there were few sessions during which a huge amount of MB like 155, 90, 55, 25MB per session were being downloaded. Also the time period of these particular sessions took place when my system and router were off. Now how cud i have downloaded such huge amounts of MB when my entire system is off?? This is going on since 20days now. I have contacted every mtnl employee in my area(Mazgaon) and none of them can understand it. I have changed my password twice but no use. So i have written an application to the GM of MTNL Internet at Prabhadevi Telecom Building, from whom I still havent got a reply. Now the quota has exceeded 500MB and is now at 640MB out of which around 120MB i must have used in all and the rest has been stolen. Can anyone tell me how to stop this misuse of my account??
I have Windows XP Professional(without SP1 or SP2). Since the past few days, i installed Zonealarm Security Suite 6 just to monitor my net activity and try to find out who and how might someone be stealing my account. All ive noticed is that Zonealarm has blocked incoming requests from the preferred and alternate DNS server ip's of the Triband connection and the domain name is ns1.mtnl.net.in and ns2.mtnl.net.in. When i type these web addresses in my browser, it takes me to the homepage of mtnl triband. I dont know how this is happening but now im going to turn up paying 200bucks more(and counting) than Rs590, and still 10days r left for the month to end!!! Can anyone plz help me solve this problem?? Thankyou.

If your sure its some1 else. Contact the Manager or sumthing, or the Head of the office, im sure he/she will understand.

Might give you a new account.

hmm its a problem with the billing... thats what i think ...

hmm you try posting your problem here.. broadbandforum.in.. in the mtnl triband section.. someone from there might be able to help you ..

Well it seems a probem from the ISP's themselves. Similar thing happened on my router connection with Tata, Instead of getting 64kbps unlimited as per my account, i enjoyed 512kbps unlimited for 1 week. and still in my account the data trasnfer was like 50mb per day  So obviously I got hooked onto someone elses connection from a mistake from their side or a fault due to the wrong cable making its way in my connection. Theres nothing much you can do about this, just inform them abt the same and hope for the best.

one possiblity of your problem could be keyloggers installed on your PC , but zone alarm shuld have blocked that , then also try checking with adaware or spybot , may be that will help you.

I dont know where this forum is, that u r talking about Chic Magnet. Ive browsed thru the entire mtnl triband site and also searched on google for a forum dedicated only to mtnl triband and problems relating to it. The best one i found was at techenclave. If u know the broadband forum site for mtnl triband, plz give me the exact link or the procedure on how to get there and ill definitely post this problem there.

Also, does anyone know any software that can tell me which ip address is receiving and sending data packets to my ip address during a particular time period?? Thanx.
