Mobikwik fraud payments + Lax attitude by the firm

I recharged from mobikwik twice by choosing plans from their website . The recharges failed . A total of 136 rs . They credited it to my wallet . I told them I wanted a refund to my account . 2 days later refund credited to my bank account . No hassles . Nonetheless I will not use their services again as the plans they show are outdated (Tata docomo Mumbai ).
 
I have stopped using mobikwik long time back , i realized their customer care is non existent, i had a refunded order at ebay which i had paid through mobikwik , ebay refunded in 2 days, mobikiwk took more than a month to refund, that too in my mobikwik wallet after a gazillion reminders , posting to their CEOs & co Founders on twitter facebook, their customer care had a standard reply that they have not received the money & non of the people i contacted on twitter/facebook bothered to reply, that was that never used it again .
 
Had used mobikwik twice and both the times I applied a coupon but never received its benefits. So thought about sending a mail to their support team which replied two days later that you might not have applied any coupons and if you have then please provide any screenshots.
Decided same day to never use the service again.
 
I have been using Mobikwik for more than 2 years. Had faced issue only once. My number was not recharged but recharge amount was deducted from my wallet balance. I mailed them and they refunded the amount to my wallet within a few days.

I have availed of coupons and cashback and have not faced any problem with it till now.
 
Problem with mobikwik is , their customer care is poor, when you face a major problem with them then you will be tearing your hairs out dealing with them .
