Is there any anti virus available that can scan Mobile phone's memory not the memory card from the PC itself as installing a mobile anti virus is not an option here as that installation too is very well prone to corruption by virus and moreover will slow the phone down. Phone here is a Nokia N70 and I wud also like to know the reformat code for the said phone.
 
*#7370# to format your phone. You will need the security code though, which is 12345 by default.

For N70 there are many Anti Virus's available, but if you are saying that the installer has been corrupted then i doubt you have many option other than trying to hard reset the phone.

Oh yeah, try updating / reinstalling the firmware using Nokia Europe - Device software update - Support
