Some of you must be exposed to a formal setup of mobile application development for an enterprise. Wanted to know what are the different stages from conception to procurement (hardware, licenses) to design/development, ongoing support etc. Basically the entire lifecycle and the kind of effort involved in each stage. Which type of vendor does one look out for in each stage.
Assumptions are that the application will be for iOS, Android and Windows Phone platforms.
