Mobile phone - Around 8-9k

I am planning to buy a mobile phone for my sis with the following :

1. Price - Around 8-9k, can extend to 10k if it is a substantially better phone

2. Brand - Nokia, Samsung, Samsung, Motorola (In that priority order)

3. Required Features - Looks, Music, Camera, QWERTY (In that order)

Please let me know your suggestions. Also, if I need to provide any other details which could help you guys to suggest a better phone please let me know. Basically, I havent been looking at mobile phone market for a long time so am completely out of touch.

Hey i just purchased a Samsung wave533 yesterday and first impressions are good . I got the white one and the looks are good but its slightly on the larger side for a girl . Paid Rs8300 for it .

Get the E5 if you need a very functional and value for money device.

If you don't care for a warranty, get the Orange San Francisco with help from varkey for about 8.5k. Complete bang for buck.
