I thought of starting this thread for all those offline buyers who can post and get help form others who post latest prices for various phones in stores across the country :D .

There are price updates for PC components, so why not for phones?

After all, online buying may not be suited to those who need to buy urgently or are paranoid about buying online :P .

Prices from competitive shops like Alfa(Mumbai) would be appreciated.

Let me start it off by giving a recent price of HTC Wildfire S from Alfa : 12600/- with bill.

HTC Desire S = 21200/-

HTC Incredible S = 23000/-

HTC Explorer = 10000/-

HTC Wildfire S = 12300/-

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc = 20500/-

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S = ~25.5k(with bill), ~21.5k(without bill)

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo = 15125/- (without bill)

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V = 17000/-

Sony Ericsson Xperia Active = 18500/-

Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro = 15000/-

Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini = 12500/-

Samsung Galaxy R = 23000/- (22500/- without bargaining at adjacent store, named Mobile Point)

Motorola Defy+ = 17000/-

LG phones (were expensive at Alfa):

LG Optimus 2x = 24500/- (21000 after bargaining at next store)

LG Optimus One = 9500/-

LG Optimus 3D = 32000/-

These are the prices (fixed prices, no bargaining at Alfa).

The prices are lower and bargaining is possible in the adjacent shop, so that is recommended. Only asked prices of O2x and Galaxy R at Mobile Point, and they were cheaper than at Alfa. They also offer better resale(exchange) value of used phones.

Samsung galaxy Ace = 13400/- i think (dont remember exact, +/- 200)

Ipad 2 16GB Wifi (base model) = 28250/-

Other tablets like Moto Xoom, BB Playbook are available for cheap without bill (a bit risky).
