I want to buy a GSM mobile phone with 3G WiFi Hotspot feature.

Purpose is to use it as Pocket 3G Router.

I want to buy it the lowest price, ay model, condition will do.

Any offers?

if your only purpose is to use it as a wifi hotspot, why don't you purchase a pocket 3g wifi router like mifi.

A fellow forum member had such a device and was willing to sell. Have contacted him, let's see if he can find it.

Or if you have a spare winmo device with 3g and wifi, you could turn that into a wifi router, using wmwifirouter @ 20USD :WMWifiRouter - Welcome.

Dear mgdelhi,

You can also go for HP veer. This little phone packs quite a lot of punch and is useful as a phone as well.

I don't know whether you have a touchpad or not. But if you have, then you have the added advantage as it will pair seamlessly with HP touchpad for call/sms/data from touchpad.

I'm waiting for my "HP veer" to arrive. will update on it once i test it.

The GSM variant is AT&T and it does not have that feature, I specifically bought it for that feature and found that the AT&T variant does not have it.

exactly.missing 3g in my pixi . AT&T Pixi doesn't come with 2100Mhz band. So tethering via EDGE. :-(

so I am gonna sell Pixi and get the veer. But I m concerned about battery life of veer. Pixi doesn't have good battery life either.

@trigger. Do test out the veer and let us know about battery. Got my tp 2 days back and Pixi integrate nicely into TP.

but missing that touch thing that you can transfer anything from either device just by touching them.
