Mobile phone with array-mic like mic

Do they exist ? To be there in a noisy place, it takes a lot of effort to make yourself audible. I'm on a lookout for a phone that has this good of a mic and a great earpiece too. I don't mind not having any other advanced features.

Looking for suggestions, TIA
