just now i got this on freecharge.in

Sorry! Your transaction was declined by the telecom operator as the amount is not valid. We will retry your recharge but if you don't receive it in next 10 mins. then we will refund your full payment.

Please try doing a recharge again of differnet amount.

If the problem repeats then write to Customer care at care@freecharge.in

this happens sometimes if the recharge amount is not correct but don't worry either you will get the recharge or full refund
 
i use docomo and they have online recharge like every other carrier, but they are providing it in a user friendly way.
Earlier today my room mate tried recharging from airtel.in and its horrible. they put everything in a iframe of 100x50 px i guess.. never go there

but the recharge amount is correct , i know i ll get the refund now , but it never works for me , dont know why , only fixed denomiantion above 50 all for talktime works , but not for sms pack and other packs

try complaining to CC of your operator

This depends on the network operators compatibility, i have recharged for many denominations like rs 11/18/23/50/150/333 for a Docomo number.
 
I have personally used 3 services wiz. Rechargeitnow, Freecharge & Ezcharge.. If the amount is a normal flexi topup amount then all goes smooth but if the amount is a full topup amount or a tariff topup or SMS topup then it will most likely fail.. Haven't tried special recharges with Ezcharge though. Plus my last refund from rechargeitnow took almost 1 month to reflect in my account.

i also got refund within 2 working days... when my recharge was not successful....
 
Man i just got sms offer from freecharge.in . Its amazing, its my first one and positive start. I'M Lovin It!

Here is What I DId...

1) Just surfed through the TATA DOCOMO website for prepaid offers and noted down the amount for SMS offer for my circle.

2) Entered that amount in FreeCharge.in and voila in under a min of recharge I am sending forward messages..
 
I use Vodafone's site, I like it very the way they have made the menu, options and interface.
 
The only reason such recharge sites are great is that they provide numerours payment options than the carrier's website

how much do they take for crediting the balance, i want to recharge Rs. 85 vodafone night pack, have any one tried it before, will it work?

freecharge charges a little more than rechargeitnow... don't know the difference
 
^no mate i made a recharge of Rs. 10/-, i got the usual talk time. I don't know if they take more money from my bank account :O
 
^ i mostly use freecharge for recharge (mostly docomo FULL TT ).. sometimes i do recharge for my room mate (Airtel), he complains about lower talktime value added than usual. this doesn't happen with rechargeitnow..thats what he says..

i never tried rechargeitnow... AFAIK we cannot use it for recharging with message and internet offers, so sticking with freecharge
