Hi,
I have been using AirTel for long time but it's dwindling Network and expensive plans made me follow exit route and port to Vodafone. But the kind of service I have recvd from them is HORRIBLE in one word. I was charged for 400 bucks for no fault of mine and to make the matters worse they are not acknowledging their error. Even a complaint and sufficient proof is ignored. So I have decided to port out to Idea and hence need to know how does it go in terms of network and plans. I know Airtel and Vodafone are the best in Delhi NCR but how is Idea please rate. As Customer service is concerned all are in same boat I know. Do advise thanks
