Mobile to laptop via bluetooth

i have just got a nokia 6600 black version. i have a dell inspiron 6000 laptop. now can someone guide me as to how i can connect the 2 devices via bluetooth so that files can b transferred to and fro.

are there any s/w reqd to do this??

if the insprion 6000 has bluetooth in-built, well & fine, wese u'll need to buy a USB Bluetooth dongle
