Review mobiwik 3 days still no refund :(

i recharged Rs 200 (airtel) and it was debited from my account ....later that it redirected me to the mobiwik page and all i got was this error :



i raised a ticked the same day and its been 3 days even now when i login to the account to check the status it says : your ticket is with Mobikwik support team. Average time for ticket completion is 24 hours :(

i have sent them the bank statement and that error page SS...will i ever get my refund ?
 
Yes you will, else call up your bank and ask them if the payment has gone to mobikwik. YOu could also try calling them : 9999925342 but line is busy most of the times

ok thanks will call that number :) . also i got a damaged phillips rice cooker from pepperfry today ...please visit that thread also .thank you .
