My cousin's D865GVHZ goes dead for second time in a months time after getting replaced/repaired from chennai .
THis mobo was purchased from Ankit infotech (bangalore) .This mobo is still under warranty and was given to repair. The guys sent this to chennai and came back after 15 days . Now it has goes dead agian within a month .

They are saying we will send this again to chennai .:huh:
Can we get a new montherboard for this ? ,
Is this motherboard still in production ?
How to escalate this and get new motherboard instead of repaired one ?
BTW have 1 month of warranty left , in case even after this ,if it again goes bad ,can we claim replacement due to past history ?
Any help and suggestions appreciated .
