also my proci cant go over 3.2 ghz stable .. its L2 stepping ..and new ones are M0 stepping .. i think they should do better than 3.2 ghz ..:)

Whats wrong with u man? Just couple of days ago u were comparing E4400 with 4800+ and u were eying some jetway 690 mobos. And now u r comparing the SLI boards. And u have posted almost similar thread in other sections too.

Anyways, can u please tell us, what this rig that u r assembling would be doing? Gaming, general usage, office....what?? And ask urself if u really need an SLI board. And write ur budget too.

We can suggest u anything between INR 15,000 upto 2,00,000. But we must know ur budget and the things u would be doing with the rig.

will the xfx 650i ultra support the 45 nm proccys??

I think yes, my friend bought it and he wanted a mobo which will support 45nm processors. So i blv it supports 45nm. :hap2:

hey hunter,
sry dude....i dint check ur post in pc pheri section before typing this previous post..

@lostinthought. . thats even i am not sure .. if it does support penryn quadcore then great .. specially cos its looks as if those quads can do 4-4.5 ghz easily on good air cooling .:eek:hyeah:

@tech_guy27 ... if u really want sli then go for that sli board .. otherwise xfx board is better option if sli is not needed..
