CPU/Mobo MoBo for Athlon

A friend need mobo suggestions for Athlon X4 635
Price 5k.
It should have the following
1) On board graphics
2) DDR3 compatible
3) Should over clock

Also suggest a gpu(7K)....to be added latter. He is not a serious gamer.

For suggestion on GPU u need to provide the following details,
i) Size of the monitor.(Preferred gaming resolution)
ii) PSU that ur friend uses.
iii) Games that he plays.

Is it a new build or an upgrade? Also if later then when? PC market changes everyday and this months best buy product may not be the best around next month. So its better to ask for suggestions when you are actually gonna buy it.

Can you name some asus boards?

GPU - Its for a new system. Monitor size 22", play the latest games but would'nt mind playing them at a lower resolution.
 
Still no info about the PSU :) The ATI HD4770 512MB GDDR5 ~ 6k is very good card in that budget for gaming. Low power consumption+ performance about ~90% of the HD4850/GTS250 but at 60% the power consumption. Also idle power consumption is only about ~19w.
