@Ascension Considering your existing config i'd recommend you to get this-
Intel i5 3550-13.5k OR i7 3770-21.5k[You can get less prices of the components locally]
Gigabyte B75M D3H-4.5
Gskill RipjawsX OR Corsair Vengeance 2X4GB 1600mhz-3.6k
If you want to overclock then-
Intel i5 3570K-15k
Asus P8Z77M-PRO-12.5k
Rest as above
Is your PSU Corsair TX650 as there is no Corsair VX650,If it is then you wont have to change your psu for overclocking budget.
Hope this helps.:)

Oops, as it turns out it is the TX650. Considering the fact that I wouldn't want to be overclocking in the coming future the i5 3550 looks enticing. Also, I have been out of touch with the PC market for more than a year, but what about Ivy Bridge? Are those proccys not as good as the default ones?

Apparently Intel i5 3550 is an Ivy Bridge Processor, Ivy Bridge Processors have Higher per-Clock Performance,Lower Power Consumption,Faster IGP and new features like PCI-E 3.0 (makes a Difference in SLI) ,etc!
