CPU/Mobo mobo temp 54c-60c

I just went for new rig.
Was shocked to the mobo temps so high. :huh: Starts at 54c and goest upto 60c.

Phenom x4 620
biostar ta790gx a3+
ddr3 kingston

i have not yet assembled the setup inside cabinet yet.

I hand touched the NB & SB and other mobo parts and all are cool enough.
Even flashed the bios to new ones and also to older ones from net but same thing.

BTW processor is cool at 32c to 34c.

Should i get the mobo replaced or is it just some diode giving wrong info?

if all is cool then its the temp diode at fault.
