I dont think any desktop boards, sport that. You can go for the single CPU based server boards.
The ones for Opteron with Nforce Professional chipset have PCI-Express and PCI 64 bit slot.
There are same for Intel Xeon also.
Check out Asus site, you will get a better idea.

No PC board has 64bit pci slots. Even the Asus workstation board (K8N-DL) doesnt have 64bit PCI slots. Your best bet is to find a supermicro/tyan workstation board based on the nf4 professional chipset. These are expensive though... cost around 500$. If the only reason you want a 64bit PCI slot is cos you want to put a SCSI adapter, you are better off with a PCI Express SCSI adapter like this

thanks for the reply.

actually i want to connect framegrabber card to computer.

i am looking for a computer based video conferencing solution in my company.

cost is not a matter.

even i can purchase pc upto 3500 $.

but my primary requirements are 1280 x 1078 resolution with 80 + framerate.

put 6800ultra in SLI or any powerful 3 CCD camcorder but this should be achieved.

we have purchased sony and panasonic 3 CCD handycam and those are very expensive and give superb quality on its LCD screen but when connected to computer via USB then quality is not good.

thats why i want to have some solution like this.

can you please help............

He's talking abt PCI-X not PCI-E. PCI-X is an extension of the original PCI spec to work at 100/133 MHz frequencies with 64bit data access path.
