CPU/Mobo Mobo with onboard grafix with some OCing option ?..

Hi,
I want a mobo with onboard graphics, but with some OC-ing option. So I am reluctant to go for the RS480.

Also with NVIDIA GeForce 6150 out, I would like to go for that. nvidia site says 3 mobos with that chip
1) ASUS A8N-VM CSM
2) Gigabyte GA-K9N51PVMT-9
3) FoxConn 6150K8MA

I saw some good reviews of the FoxConn & the ASUS board, both having some OCing option.

What do you experts say? Are they still available in India, or When will they be available.

AFAIK only the gigabyte and asus are available here. Check www.deltapage.com for the latest price, around 4.4k. The asus costs a lot more, if im right. The foxconn shuld be available soon because there are quite a few of their products here. The foxconn should be cheaper when it arrives. The gigabyte looks slightly better for ocing and cheaper too.
