Modem for MTNL Triband??

I have the Dlink DSL 502T- works ok- touchwood.

There is some GLB 502T or something like that that a friend has- better than mine or what??:huh:

Please tell me what are the various brands and models of modems that can be used for MTNL Triband.:ashamed:

A friend is looking forward to buying a modem and getting 2Mbps NU.
So which brand and model shall i ask him to get?
I had heard that certain models like UTstar provided by MTNL are not good and they lack in features/setup options.:S

I don't mind switching to a wireless modem or one with more ports for future upgrades- then i may give him mine.:ashamed:

Also he may buy a good one if it ain't very expensive.

seems good enough for me...have been using it for the past year n half.

works well in bridged mode.

havent had the need to do anything else with ... sab barabar download karta hai

me also need a simple modem with a etherner port, will d-link one do fine?
