Modem + Router in 2k for Mtnl Broadband

Hi,

Today I am going to buy modem + router for my mtnl broadband.

My budget is 2k.

Please advise me a good modem + router in 2k.

I have short listed Belkin Basic Modem + Router N150.

Please throw sum light on this.

Hello,

Go for the [font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]D-link 2750U, good performance at an affordable price i would say. Belkin networking products aren't worth the money. They look nice but the data transfer throughput is pathetic. I'm personally using a Netgear - 4 years on and still going strong, but firmware updates are rare and finding them is another pain. Linksys also has a few models if you like. [/font]

As far as linksys is concerned the latest models are very expensive and they are not upto the mark. Linksys has losts its reputation and performance in the recent days due to crap hardware and support
