Modem settings disappearing

I have a UTStarcom UT300R2U modem from BSNL. Here in Goa, there are a lot of power failures and fluctuations. Every time the modem reboots due to one of these, I lose my port forward settings. It's very irritating to keep on resetting them.

How can I keep them from being lost?

I don't have experience with that particular model, however, AFAIK, there should be an option to permanently save the router settings, something like this:
