Mods i really dont want to create this thread. You all know how that today was holiday and my Distri's were telling me that they will hand over the game before 8th to me .I posted the same in thread but some worst case have happened some dealer(online website owner,no idea who from where ) in India had planned to sell more than 92 units outside India of GTA.
This game was allowed to be sold only by few dealers in Mumbai before date ,so i got it late still it was only a day late .
There are Few members of TE who have created a Mess in my thread no idea for what reason .Don't want to point out them

Reagarding @Metaspree this guy troubled me alot, last time before shipping he changed this address more than twice .I shipped his DVD of NFS undercover from DTDC express on his request so that his product reaches on Time .
Delay happen's
Situation could have been more worst today as there was holiday no one to come all the way from Distri's office to my place in new bombay n yes office was closed too
I took the special permission from Regional manager and forced them to open it for my delivery .
I have dedicated some much time to TE ,today it all seems to be waisted
This guy @metalspree is threatning of Giving me -Ve point ,talking about ban
n all
This was only the guy to whom i had shipped the NFSUNDERCOVER DAY before it got released n see now how he changed :no:
I am sure that if it could have been some old TE member who had deal with me earlier could haven't made such comments .
mods hope that you will positively sort out this matter .
For me all are equal the guyies like Joy1,Nikhil etc made payment long time back when even pricing was not confirmed from my Distributor

MOds i am Not going to entertain such peeps in TE allready are not having good business, and then peoples like him create so much trouble .
If there was any mistake from my side then i am sorry
but yes there will be one more mistake from me NOW
I am not going to send His product GTAIV to him
i am ready to repay his money back
This thing can happen again,so it should be stopped here

From start i m Genuine guy if this is what i am getting from all this then surely ban me but its sure i am not going to give @metalspree GTAIV

It was not my mistake i told more than 100 times
i dont know who was deaf

rest all guiyes dont worry your products are packed and ready to ship

I request you to look all the post of this particular guy before going on to any decisions posted in my thread

@ others, even w/o payment, he added my name in confirmed list.

Yea dont deal w/ people who have no patience.
 
I am not commenting on this issue atm. But a member strictly has no rights to speak about banning another member.
 
Alright mate here i am , i never said that he will be banned i said that if he is goin way out of TE rules( told me that might have to remove my name from shipping) he might be banned , the reason y i posted on the GTA 4 thread was that initially hes said that he will give us the game by 9th which did not happen and i was kind of Pi**ed off with his lame posts and updates ,once he says i will get game by th or 8th max ,alter he posted saying he was in 2nd bucket for getting the game ,when he was not sure when he is gonna get the game then y start a DO and moreover i did tell him he cant ship the game today which is 9th of December coz DTDC is closed as its a holiday he posted on the 8th of December saying no matter what happened he will ship the game on 9th ,but today there was a update from him saying the box is huge ( how can that be,when all the games come in same sized box) and we need to shell out 5 or 10/- more ,paying the money is not at all a issue ,the issue is why does he start a DO ,when he doesn't know how to hnadle things ,no doubt he shipped my game( NFSUC in a good way ) , i stay in blore and Chennai ,meant to say i keep traveling btw both the cities, VJ shipped undercover on Friday thru DTDC regular , i left Chennai on Saturday morning ( i did tell him long ago ,guess 2 weeks ago ,that the day u r gonna ship i might be in Bangalore and u may have to ship it to Bangalore ,he never had issues,he said i will ) ,since i was about to leave Chennai on Saturday morning the previous day ie Friday evening i called him and said that i will pay him extra which i did ,please ship to my Bangalore address and yes i got the game even before no one got it

My question is here when VJ did not have the problem when he shipped UC ,why is he talking abt it now ,btb mods i do not need the money back i need my game ,y should i take the pain of going to a shop and getting it ,when i paid the money to him long time back , now since he has issues with me he is not sending the game ,the question is not money here ,its the time i have waited for the game , i may be a bad guy to deal with ,thats what he meant to say , when he is not capable of doing things ,when i point out his mistakes ,he says i am not fit to buy the game ,now thats called attitude, i did know that VJ has exams and i was the one who backed him in first place when members were posting for updates ,please go the thread and check my replies ,one could come to know how patient i was , If i made a mistake talking something which i wasn supposed to do , i am sorry

GTA 4 was released at price tag of 499/- in US its much higher all my distris are worried that i dont ship the Product to US n earn huge profit so they canceled my further orders of 20 units

if i do any thing worng they will be heavly penalised

Just one word dont take it as offence

@ Vijay----- I dont know why you are getting so hyper !! The only mistake on your part was that since you termed the GTA IV as a pre-order, you should have made arrangements to somehow get the games before hand. I am telling because shops like ALFA always manages to get them first somehow. Remember you are being a professional dealer here on TE in addition to being a long time member. So once its out in the market, and you still not able to provide it, the Deal is no more a pre-order. I hope you understand that. Most important thing is that, you might have exams, your internet connection or PC mite go kaput, but you do have to key in the updates either in the thread or PM in person. I know this takes time and energy , but since you are a full time Dealer you have to come to terms to all these things. Cmon we are your customers now....so you have to face the flowers as well as the bricks & bats. Its all a part and parcel of the game :)

I hope you take this in the right attitude.Believe me , I have canceled once my order from a dealer here on TE and asked for another dealer just beacuse of delay. Cmon this is market and its not a member GO only. The game seems to be available in a shop in Bangalore now in Brigade Road and if I would have paid you and not got the game before its available locally it would have not been worth at all.

IMO

"CHILL" is the Word which needs to be spread here.

@Vj: V all know u r a Guud genuine dealer, but Commitment actually matters a bit to our TE members... Instead of online stores / Waiting for availablity, they immediately dealt with U as they have a Unique "Urge" to play the game asap and they whole heartedly expect its arrival....

@MetalSpree: An object of desire must be treated with patience... Vj wnts to delight his customers much more than u can evn imagine.. He faced problems n he still tried hard, so u have no right to get so angry at him.

Conclusion: Shit happens.......... SO what? Jst relax....

That is what i meant to say ,today the game is available locally but i cant get it coz i have paid him the money long time back ,now he says that he will nt be shipping me that game and he will send me the cash , as dealer we trust what even u say ,but when u give reasons of lamest of all saying i am yet to get the game i got Pi****ed off and posted a reply to what was happening at ur end , u got hyper for the same and kept pestering me for the reply , if u cant handle things then y call yourself as a Dealer and starts deals for pre-order

actually the whole problem is with the word pre-order !!!!!

lets keep it simple next time like normal orders.... buyer pays-seller delivers

huh, he apologized and that pushed your limits :no:, who is acting immaturely? Take it this way, you pay money in advance at some local shop for some stuff and you don't get your delivery for a few days and dealer makes excuses everyday then what do you do ? As said above, don't make commitments that you can't keep .

So one cannot take a call from anyone's side.

Let the concerned parties resolve this amicably- mods may step in if ok with all of them. :)

One thing is for sure- both the parties seem literate but maybe not fully.
Both need to learn punctuation very badly.
I couldn't even bother myself to read metalspree's posts and pvj can work on his grammar a bit too.
Take this as a friendly suggestion- will help both in the long run. :)
 
Hmm Quite interesting. Just two things are responsible for this.

The Patience of buyer, The word Pre-Order.

@VJ - Calm down. Don't be so angry. you're genuine dealer. I've seen ur trader points.

@metalspree - chill man, that happens. World will not blow if u get your Copy 2-3 days late. There will not be any big difference. about your exams... After they ends, you can give full time na.

My final words - If possible and if buyer is agree. send his copy as he made payment before ur date given. Both guys forget, everything what happened before. We don't want such issues in TE market guys. :( It is one of the biggest and trusted forum market.

Other members who are not part of this are requested to stay out of this- Please.

even i was waiting for the games due late pre order so it take late time so i pm him at vijay but his inbox is full so he is busy at collage work so i am not able u pm him at afternoon time or evening time ;)

so it take 2 more day i wonder that is too pathetic :|

Me sending your game ,i just wanted to make out whether the information i got about me that there are some people in TE against me .

I just wanted to make out the info is correct or not

That guy posted twice in my thread and here too

come on pal its a forum...a community...where people come together for various reasons...may it be gaining knowledge or selling items..and when so many people come together difference of opinions is bound to happen...some like you some dont..so you could have just ignored those who dislike u and keep up with people who u like and vice versa...after all this is NOT the world...Bigger WORLD exist outside this ;) :) (sorry if i sound like philisopher :P)
