Money Order?

Hi,

I want to buy something using money order.
Having never used money order, i want to know how does it work?
I go to bank, make money order, then what? Is it like a draft?

Also how do i know that when the product seller recieves money order and will not default on it?
 
go to post office , fill up money order and pay up .... postman goes and gives money order to that address , there is no obligation of that person to send you product other than moral and that of bad publicity :)
