Acer VG240Ys goes for under 10k frequently.
I have that monitor & have seen normal 24" 1080p Dell & Samsung monitors. Dell was the worst, Samsung was closer to that Acer one in picture quality (I'm not talking about refresh rate or response time, but for colours & contrast).

Would suggest you to get Asus ProArt if you can stretch budget. You won't get much difference in quality among 10K displays.

GIGABYTE G24F 2.
It offers 91-95% dci-p3 coverage and 125% srgb coverage. Much wider colour gamut compared to others at this price. Its selling for 12k on primeabgb.

If you want to strictly remain under 10k then you can take a look at these monitors. All of them have 72% ntsc coverage (around about 99% srgb). Check for the finer details according to your requirement.
