Monitor screen Blinking

My monitor keeps blinking whenever i do any task.Also whenever i play any video or audio,it makes "Krrrrrrrr" kind of sound(very irritating while watching movies).

I checked my monitor with another system it works fine, absolutely no hassles and sound issue.
Don't know what the problem is ...

Mostly its the fault with the IGP or GPU. If its the IGP, try getting a GPU and checking if problems persist. It might also be a driver issue.

I was thinking of the same regarding IGP...

i haven't re installed the drivers..

will check and confirm..

Also do check the power connections. That could be a possibility, I'm not sure.

You can try different screen refresh rate 75-85Hz of the monitor from display manager.

Driver issue most probably, and what are media player are you using?

It may be driver issue. Also check you are not keeping cell phone very close to moniter.

Ya it may be driver issue. I am not sure but cell phone does not matter in movie, cell phone only matter with the radio signal. like GPRS.
