Monitor screen issue when switching on PC

So recently my monitor has started doing this right after i switch on my PC

the horizontal lines keep moving around
This happens for around 30 secs,
then everything is fine
What is the main issue, and how can i prevent this from happening.

It can be a connection issue to a panel or a panel issue. My TV has some horizontal bands which disappeared recently, The Sony help page suggested that it might be a panel connection issue.

I had same exact flickering issue few months back, bought monitor from TE..
In my case it lasted for 1 to 2 seconds and the culprit was HDMI cable, changing same fixed it permanently.

It can also be a refresh rate issue so set a manual refresh rate in your monitor.
Else after 30 sec check in event viewer and troubleshoot accordingly I had secondary monitor blackout issues for almost a yr and it got resolved automatically.

Yes, that could be an issue as will. try to take it away from monitor, turnoff

the wifi router is not the culprit. tried it out. I think its the HDMi cable. well cant find that out untill i buy a new one.

My monitor start slightly flickering some time (not always & randomly) when any sms or call was about to come.... and as soon as I move mobile away from Monitor, all set normal.

Buy a couple cables not just one. Such things should be available as spares always.
