guys i am looking for 24 or 26 inch monitor for watching tv.. and please mention a tv tuner card .. budget 20K

what are your extra requirement thru tv tuner card, also mention.

can u suggest me a best TV tuner card which will give me HD quality pictures on lcd ... plz help.. i need to buy one... :huh:
