Monitors Monitor with inbuilt speakers and HDMI (For use with PS3)

Hello,

I am in need of a monitor which has inbuilt speakers and HDMI port. Basically the requirement is to connect the PS3 directly to the Monitor. I understand that there are other ways to do this, but having an inbuild speaker and HDMI port simply things a lot for connecting PS3 to the monitor.

Any good monitor available in the market? I am looking at 21.5' range..

Dell has a range where you can add the speaker to the monitor. It doesn't have HDMI in but DVI (with HDMI at the other end) . I had used Dell WFP 2208 and it worked like a charm. I did not have the optional speakers but connected my 4.1 speakers. IMO seaching for a 24 oreven 32 inch Led/Lcd would be cheaper unless you want to connect a desktop simultaneously.

Remember that thin LCD monitors do not have the space to have decent speakers, to move the sound. Sound tinny and lack punch. If space is an issue, use headphones.

Dell S2240L + F&D E200 is a good mix.
