17k is low for Z690/Z790. Usually other websites have better deals than amazon, check pcpricetracker. You can get 3x M.2 slots in ATX mobos these days.

Also, check B660 VRM test by Hardware Unboxed. The i5 13600K draws upto 180W on 100% load, so check numbers from i7 12700K in their test. Remember that India is a hotter country vs their 21C room temperature test. Sure games will not push the CPU to 180W but it is better not to have a mobo which can't handle your CPU at full performance.
