CPU/Mobo Motherboard for AMD X3 440 in 3.5K

I am looking for a mobo in the budget of 3.5K for AMD X3 440. Earlier I was willing to buy Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H but this mobo is not available in Nehru Place, Delhi.

I even tried to get a 785G board as they are more VFM now-a-days, but they are also not available in NP.:S

Please help me out in buying a decent mobo with DDR3....

Just to tell you that I will be OC.

Which Gigabyte mobo hv u bought and at what price & from which shop? Pls also tell if u hv oc it and what r yr rest of the configrations.

I am also from delhi & I am also looking for a decent mobo for my X440.

If you are okay buying online, you can contact Rahul of ITWares for the GA-880GM-UD2H. I ordered one last week and received it yesterday along with the X3 440 that I ordered. Received the package very well packed and no issues with it. Installed Windows 7 x64 yesterday and I am happy with the performance of the board and the processor. The 2 items cost me 7500/- + 350/- for shipping to Shillong.

I hv seen this mobo but the problem with this mobo is that it has only 2 ram slots and it has only ATI 3000 onboard graphics whereas I want atleast 4 ram slots with ATI 4200 onboard graphics and 785g mobos hv these 2 main features on their boards.
