Motherboard for Athlon II X3 435

Hi all,
I am willing to buy a rig for animation purpose. I have finalised the CPU.
But have a lot of confusion over motherboard and GPU.

PLease suggest me the Motherboard for "AMD Athlon II X3 435" for both the DDR3 and DDR2 RAM configuration.
I can list few: NOTE "Motherboard with no ONBOARD Graphics"

1) Biostar TA 785GE2
2) ASUS 785GEV0.
3) Gigabyte MA770T

PLease also suggest me for GPU:

1) NVidia GEFOrce 9600GT or GS
2) Sapphire HD5670 1GB GDDR5
For budget, you can say that I could expend (total) 12K-13K for both of these.

its tough to procure in India. You can look for MSI 770 mobos. Costs less than 5k, and are solid ones.

Also Biostar mobo with 890X costs <6k and is really good.

For GPU HD 5670 anyday over a 9600GT. Even better if you can stretch it to HD 5770 @ 9k.
