4. MSI Z77A-GD65 Motherboard ~ Rs- 12500/-
5. ASRock Z77 Extreme6/TB4 Motherboard ~ Rs- 12500/-

I wanna overclock my i5 3570k and if i get v gene is the m-atx form factor will create any problem??
i mean cant use any sound card if i use 2 graphics card on v gene??

Please help me out..i am confused now..Thanks in advance..

G.Skill RIPJAWS 4GB x2 1600MHz
Corsair TX v2650W
Corsair Carbide 400R
Gigabyte GTX 660ti

I am using the same CPU with the Gene, and let me say that this small motherboard pucks a punch that not many can match up to. Its the most expensive on your list as well. SO think about it. All I can say is that this one is a class apart

i know its good for overclocking ...but i read due to m-atx form factor ..limited hardware addition in future...
did you overclock? your overall pc spec??

Are you going to add CF or SLI? Even then it's enough. I am currently at 4.5, 1.20v with ram at 2400 MHz cl10. This is what I use everyday, oc is different

Yes maybe in near future i might wanna go for cf...which cooler you are using?? STOCK ONE??

Custom water cooling. But like I said if you want a good solid board, go for the gene. If you are ok with some drawbacks here and there then it's your choice.

err...specify?

The guy did not give complete information in the first place, so I assumed things.
Secondly he is using an EVO which can only overclock to the level where most motherboards can handle it relatively fine. If it was something like D14 or H100, it would have shown the intention.

which other information do you need??

i post the thread from my friends behalf...my friend want to overclock it at least to 4 ghz with that intel i5 3570k..cooler master hyper evo is fine for that job. and about CF/SLI ...yes might be in near future..not at this moment..and he is tight on budget so no DH 14 or corsair water cooling....

he is not to extreme overclocking..at least 4 ghz on i5 3570k..

The asrock is the best board in that list for sure unless you are into extreme overclocking.

If he is not into extreme overclocking, he does not need a silver arrow. EVO is just fine for 4 GHz. First try it, if its not able to cope up, use silver arrow.
CF/SLI go for an atx board.
For which motherboard, go with what ALPHA17 and @sumonpathak and your heart and budget says.
